Plumbing Technician

Role

Attend assigned Dubai properties for approved plumbing diagnosis and repair work, identify the reported leak, blockage or fixture issue and complete safe testing after the approved scope.

Typical responsibilities

• Diagnose accessible water leaks, drainage blockages and sanitary-fixture faults.
• Work with approved PPR pipework, fittings, WC connections, tanks, heaters and pumps.
• Use plumbing tools safely, protect surrounding finishes and keep the work area clean.
• Explain additional labour, parts or access requirements before work proceeds.

Requirements

• Practical plumbing maintenance experience in villas, apartments or commercial properties.
• Experience with drainage, PPR pipework and common sanitary installations.
• Professional conduct and clear communication.
• Eligibility for UAE employment and documentation required for the role.

Employment terms

Full-time Dubai role. Salary up to AED 1,500 per month, subject to experience and the final written offer. Working hours, overtime, leave, probation, notice and other employment terms follow the written contract and applicable UAE private-sector labour requirements. Employer-side recruitment and work-permit costs are handled as required by UAE law.
