Electrician – Property Maintenance

Role

Attend assigned Dubai properties for approved electrical maintenance work, identify the reported fault, work safely and document testing before handover.

Typical responsibilities

• Diagnose accessible socket, switch, lighting, breaker and distribution-panel faults.
• Complete approved repair or installation work using suitable tools and safe isolation practices.
• Protect the work area and communicate clearly with residents, supervisors and property teams.
• Record completed work and flag any additional scope before proceeding.

Requirements

• Practical property-maintenance electrical experience.
• Ability to use electrical test equipment safely.
• Professional conduct, punctuality and clean work habits.
• Eligibility for UAE employment and documentation required for the role.

Employment terms

Full-time Dubai role. Salary up to AED 1,500 per month, subject to experience and the final written offer. Working hours, overtime, leave, probation, notice and other employment terms follow the written contract and applicable UAE private-sector labour requirements. Employer-side recruitment and work-permit costs are handled as required by UAE law.
